New Procedures on Export of Minerals

According to new regulations issued by the Ministry of Construction, minerals on the list of limited export include limestone and additives for cement production as stipulated in the Decision 105/2008/QD-TTg dated July 21, 2009 by the Prime Minister on plans for exploration, exploitation and use of minerals to produce cement in Vietnam up to 2020.

 

Mineral export documents include dossiers and certified LAS-XD analysis results or equivalent evidences. Exporting organisations and individuals must show notarized mineral exploitation and processing licences. Organisations and individuals buying processed minerals for export must show mineral exploitation and processing licences of sellers. Organisations and individuals buying minerals for export processing must show notarized exploitation and processing certificates.
