Vietnam President to Visit Spain in mid December
Vietnamese President Nguyen Minh Triet will pay an official visit to Spain in mid December this year.
The Vietnam Chamber of Industry and Commerce (VCCI) is scheduled to hold the “Vietnamese Days in Spain” 2009 on the occasion.
Vietnamese enterprises operating in the woodwork, coffee, seafood, and apparel fields will attend seminars with themes on foreign investment, industry, trade and service, the VCCI said.
Trade between Vietnam and Spain hit a record high of EUR1.079 billion in 2008, including EUR972.563 million worth of Vietnamese exports, up 16.45% on-year and EUR106.106 million worth of imports from Spain, up 6.94%. (Customs)
