Vietnam Okays Construction of Two Expressways
Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai has allowed the Ministry of Transport to approve a project to build two high-speed expressways under the forms of Building-Operation-Transfer (BOT) and Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
One will link the northern province of Ninh Binh with the central province of Thanh Hoa and the other will run from Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh province in the central region.
The deputy PM has also okayed the selection of consultants for the highway construction, the government said on its website October 19. (chinhphu.vn)
