The representative office of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in Hanoi has launched a center to support Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to explore the Vietnamese investment environment.

The center will offer free offices, investment constancy services and update information about Vietnam’s trade and investment at least for three months for Japanese SMEs which want to survey the Vietnamese market.

The Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment said Japanese companies have invested in more than 1,116 projects totaling US$17.62 as of late July, ranking the fourth among Vietnam’s largest foreign investors. (Investment)
