On March 5th, at Lot 9, Thang Long II Industrial Park, Yen My district, Hung Yen province, Bunka - Vietnam Co., Ltd inaugurated a new factory of shutters and doors, with total investment of JPY 6 billion (app. US$64 million)
Established in December 2008 in Vietnam, Bunka - Vietnam Co., Ltd. plans to start production on 1st April 2010. The factory will provide shutters and doors to Vietnamese market, Japanese companies operating in Vietnam, with capacity of 100 shutters per month and 500 doors per month.
“With strategy of contributing to development of Vietnamese society and improvement on Vietnamese residential environment, Bunka - Vietnam Co., Ltd will pay attention to all stages from design, production, sales, to implementation and product maintenance”, said Mr. Satoru Matsumoto, General Director of Bunka - Vietnam.
Before the company was established in Vietnam, an Office called CAD Center Bunka Shutter Vietnam (VCC) had been built in Hochiminh city in November 2005. The VCC is in charge of designing products to be made at the new factory.
Bunka - Shutter Co., Ltd has been established since 1955, based in Tokyo, Japan. It is a leading company specialized in production and sales of shutters, residential and industrial construction materials. It owns 9 factories nationwide.
