ASM Nets Profit of VND60.5 Billion

Sao Mai Construction and Investment Corporation (ASM) said its net profit rose 189 percent year on year in 2009 to VND60.5 billion and the earnings per share (EPS) reached nearly VND11,000.

 

Sao Mai Corporation, also known as Sao Mai Conscorp, has reported that it has completed auditing its consolidated financial statements in 2009. According to the report, sales from goods and service provision climbed to VND548 billion and net profit was VND60.5 billion, of which VND47 billion was from real estate, or 77.7 percent of the total annualised earnings.

 

The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on March 30, 2010 with main contents of reporting on consolidated financials, plans for issuing shares to existing shareholders to raise the chartered capital from VND99.126 billion to VND150 billion and approving targets for 2010.
