HUD HOLDINGS Kicks off Downscale Housing Project

Housing and Urban Development Group (HUD Holdings) kicked off a downmarket housing project in a new urban zone on Le Thai To Street, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province on May 15, 2010.

 

The VND80 billion (US$4.3 million) project has a total area of 7,411 square metres, including 2,922 square metres for accommodations. The two six-story blocks will have a total floor area of 17,372 square metres. Well-designed apartments are 45 - 60 square metres apiece. All supporting facilities like fireguard, water supply, drainage and electricity supply meet all existing requirements.

 

HUD HOLDINGS is the investor and HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company is the constructor. HUD Real Estate Investment Development Joint Stock Company (HUD-LAND) will manage the project.
