Allgreen Breaks Ground on Vietnam Real Estate

Allgreen, one of biggest real estate developers in Singapore, marked its debut in Vietnam with the Regency Park project.

 

Regency Park, a joint venture between Allgreen and An Phu Joint Stock Company, is a high-end apartment block and is one of several of Allgreen Group’s long-term strategic projects in Vietnam. Located in an ideal position in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Regency Park consists of 515 upmarket apartments with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, and 12 penthouses with 4 or 5 bedrooms. Mr Andrew Choo, Managing Director of Allgreen, said: “Vietnam is one of the fastest-growing Asia Pacific economies. We have set a long-term horizon for our position in Vietnam, as this is our favourite investment location.”

 

The project is expected to debut in the second half of 2010, exclusively marketed by CBRE Vietnam.
