Thai CP Plans to Build Animal Feed Plants in Vietnam
Charoen Pokphand Group (CP), the largest business group in Thailand, plans to build four more animal feed plants in Vietnam within next five year.
CP will pour between $150 million and $200 million to build aquatic feed, chicken processing plants and refrigerated warehouses in the Asian communist country, said the company’s Vice President Sooksunt Jiumjaiswanglerg.
This plan is part of CP’s strategy to double the size of its business in Vietnam in the next five years as the firm focuses on agriculture, real estate and retail. (Vietnam & World Economy)
