In 1994, the auditing and corporate advisory services remained new and undeveloped in Vietnam. Seeing the tremendous potential, leaders of Mazars decided to set up two new representative offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In September 2008, Mazars merged with STT Audit & Advisory Partnership Company to create Mazars STT Vietnam.
