Ecopark Opens “Welcome Summer” Programme with Attractive Discounts

Viet Hung Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (VIHAJICO) - the investor of Ecopark Township - reduces apartment prices for its Rung Co Apartments from May 20 in a programme called “Ecopark Welcomes Summer”.

 

Customers are discounted 10 percent of selling prices if they register before May 20. The revised price is VND18.5 million per square metre.

 

Rung Co in the first phase of Ecopark ecological township project is the integration of intelligent design, landscape and open spaces, along with a comprehensive utility system with 40,100 square metres (area for construction accounts for some 9,000 square metres). It consists of five apartment blocks with 19 - 25 floors and offers three ranges of apartments (70.9 square metres, 83.3 square metres and 91.8 square metres). On top of apartment blocks are penthouses with areas ranging from 163 square metres to 165 square metres.
