JICA Helps Vietnam in Manpower Training
The Ministry of Transport and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on May 20 signed a technical cooperation project to enhance capacity of the College of Transport in training technicians for highway construction in Vietnam.
Accordingly, JICA's experts will closely work with the staves of the College of Transport in developing curriculums and guidebooks for teaching as well as in enhancing teachers’ skills, said the entity's chief representative in Vietnam Tsuno Motonori.
The Japanese Government-funded project will be implemented within three years with a total budget ofUS$5.8 million.
