After 12 years of development, Bao Long Co.,Ltd is gradually asserting its leading position among private enterprises operating in Lang Son. With more than 500 staffs, the company annually provides the market with 500,000 water pumps and electric engines with voltage less than 5 KW.
Director Huynh Van Long said at the beginning, the company had only nearly 40 staffs. It met with many difficulties due to lack of facilities and equipments etc. However, with solidarity and determination of the Management Board as well as the whole staff, Bao Long has overcome obstacles and gradually asserted its position in the market.
In 2004, the company successfully applied quality management standard ISO 9001: 2000 into production management. In 2006, the company rented the premise in local industrial complex No. 2 (Cao Loc district). Since 2007, the company has built factories on 12,500 sq. metres, which are solid and modern, suitable to production features and specific characteristics as well as invested into modern equipments, new production technology, manufacturing products of quality and high sophistication.
Especially, since 2009, the company has manufactured over 90 percent of parts and components by itself to assemble with annual productivity of 500,000 products.Thanks to being active in producing components, Bao Long has gradually made its products well -preferred in both domestic and foreign markets.
In comparison with other domestically manufactured products of the same type, same capacity which are sold in the market, Bao Long’s ones have outstanding advantage in term of quality and durability. Meanwhile, compared with imported ones, Bao Long’s products’ price is only equal to one-third. Meeting consumers’ preference is the shortest way for Bao Long’s products to be favored.
The company not only pays attention to products’ quality and design but also establishes close relation with customers. It continuously completes and expands the selling network including distributors and second-rank agents in nation-wide, all of which are qualified of market, business premise and operate at high efficiency.
According to Director Huynh Van Long, in coming time, in development orientation until 2015, Bao Long targets to manufacture all parts and components by itself to assemble the machines. At the same time, the company continues to expand production and business scale, develop human resource, invest into technology and machines, create stable jobs and increase labors’ income. It also is the way for products of Bao Long brand to win the consumers’ trust in the whole country.
