Dong Tien Construction Co., Ltd made its official debut on October 10, 2002 from a private construction contractor founded on June 5, 2000. The company is now a leading light in construction industry in Ha Tinh province.
The company has a very young, professional, friendly and sociable workforce. All staff are aged under 30. This makes Dong Tien different from its peers. Youth, passion and enthusiasm always flow inside each member here.
With the trust of customers, Dong Tien has undertaken many construction projects in Ha Tinh province. In 2011, the company has carried out three important projects in the province, namely the head office of Ha Tinh Tax Department, a dormitory and amphitheatre complex at Ha Tinh University, and Ha Tinh General Hospital. With the strong determination of all officials and employees, Dong Tien is determined to complete its projects on time or ahead of schedule.
Since its incorporation, with the desire to bring true value to each project, Dong Tien has constantly improved itself, not only with its dedication but also its passion for what it is doing. To make its name, the company always ensures the highest quality of every project it takes on. Hence, in a short time, Dong Tien has won the absolute trust of customers. And today, the brand name of Dong Tien is the pride of Ha Tinh province’s construction industry.
Director Pham Ngoc Thanh said: “Dong Tien always regards the brand as gold.” To survive and develop, branding and market positioning are priority objectives. And, this is a vital element for a private business. This is not an easy task for any company. “We are confident that we have built up the brand name of Dong Tien, but we have to make a greater effort to go beyond Ha Tinh province.”
As the current economic difficulty is forecast to last through 2011 and even in 2012, funding for construction projects will be limited because lending interest rates are exorbitant and borrowing conditions are very harsh. However, the company is getting through this tough time with rising revenues and better employee incomes. Currently, company workers are paid VND5 million a month on average.
