INAX Vietnam Donates VND1.2 Bln to “Operation Healthy Heart” Programme

INAX Vietnam Co., Ltd and Vietnam Television – Representative of “Tam Long Viet Fund”, on October 12th 2011, came to enter the commitment of more VND1.2 billion charity sponsorship for the program “Operation Healthy Heart”. Active participants include Vietnam Television (VTV), Viettel Group (Viettel) and East Meets West Foundation (EMW).

 

The commitment represents the third consecutive year INAX Vietnam Co., LTD takes part in sponsoring for the program with total cost up to VND3.2 billion.

 

According to this agreement, this year INAX Vietnam Co., Ltd will divide their sponsorship into two parts: including one Bennett 840 for University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City to enhance their capacity and to conduct about 10 normal heart operations for under 16 year-old children who have the congenital heart disease but have the difficult family situation, extremely poor one or have not enough financial ability for living. These are also the urgent cases in need of immediate operation to continue keeping their normal life.

 

It is expected that the time for operations is at the end of 2011 and in the beginning of 2012 in three regions, North, Central and South. The expense of the sponsors for each operation in the frame of the program is about VND30-35 million as expected. This is a very meaningful activity originated from the desire of bringing those unfortunate children a new heart and a healthy life as their peers.
