With the talented and wise management of Director Nguyen Thi Minh Duc, the company has made firm development, being one of the prime enterprises in Lao Cai province. Since 2005, the company has boldly shifted business fields, replaced equipments and facilities serving business and production and played its strengths in all fields. Minh Duc’s business fields include: civil construction, irrigation, transportation, road-bed, road surface, electricity transmission lines, water supply and drainage works, restaurants, hotels and tourism. The strategy to develop varied business fields which support each other has made up stable and sustainable development.
As for fields of restaurants and hotels, the company has introduced the hidden charm of Lao Cai tourism to national and international tourists. Annually, the company welcomes thousands of tourists, thereby, Lao Cai tourism and people are more widely known by national and international friends.
Paying attention to staff
In 2009, the company completed construction of its headquarters to create preferential conditions for employees to work. Moreover, the company has built a gymnasium for the staff to improve their health. The company’s Management Board has annually held training course overseas to learn management experience from small and medium enterprises. Refreshing activities for the staff have been held; experienced lecturers in accounting are invited to train and direct accounting staff.
Annually, the company spends some of its profit on social activities, helping poor students with good records, sponsoring children in need and supporting those with heart operations in Tam Duc Hospital (Ho Chi Minh City); the company has provided gifts valuing nearly VND 1 billion.
