Trading is a traditional business of Dong Bac Trading and Construction Corporation. With its vast area, the corporation invested to build two commercial warehousing areas with over 5000 square metres of floor for lease and provided transporting and delivery services to districts in Thanh Hoa province. General Director Nguyen Ba Bac said: "This is a stable source of revenue for the corporation and serves strong customer demand. In the coming time, the corporation will build a 2.7-ha warehouse in Thanh Hoa City, the capital of Thanh Hoa province.” In 2011, the enterprise carried out some important investment projects, including Dinh Huong Market and Bim Son Market, with a total investment of VND50 billion.
Dong Bac is managing and operating seven bus routes with 106 buses in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces. In addition, the firm owns Dong Bac taxi truck brand operating in Thanh Hoa province with a fleet of 10 trucks.
Furthermore, the corporation also invests in real estate. In 2011 it won the bid to build and manage an urban residence covering 20,000 square metres in Quang Hung commune, Thanh Hoa City. In addition, it continues bidding for land and infrastructure construction in Bim Son town and some districts in the province.
