Trung Quy - Hue Investment Joint Stock Company is an experienced industrial park infrastructure investor. The firm is now the investor of many industrial parks all over the country, including Phuoc Nam Industrial Park (Ninh Thuan province), Thuan Thanh 3 Industrial and Urban Zone (Bac Ninh province), Quan Do Industrial Park (Hung Yen province) and some in Binh Duong province.
With its reputation and experience, the company was entrusted by the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province to develop the first period of the fourth phase of Phu Bai Industrial Park. This is a key industrial zone development investment project in Thua Thien Hue province. Mr Nguyen Van Quy, President of Trung Quy - Hue Investment Joint Stock Company, said: Good quality management together with extensive experience, good consultancy, specific expertise, careful preparation and good financial position are the key for the company to unlock all projects it undertakes.
Economic recession sent many companies into hardship, including Trung Quy - Hue Investment Joint Stock Company. Mr Quy said that he had to sell its own car to keep his company alive. Withstanding tough challenges, the company has become much more mature. After nearly twelve 12 years investing in industrial zones, Trung Quy - Hue Investment Joint Stock Company has improved its own competency in both personnel and infrastructure. Therefore, its competitiveness has been gradually enhanced and helps Trung Quy get through the economic recession.
The expansion of Phu Bai Industrial Park, considered the industrial cradle of Thua Thien Hue province, will help the province bring more industrial projects to rural areas. To date, Phu Bai Industrial Park has attracted more than 40 investment projects from many countries in the world, including the United States, Denmark, Bulgaria, Japan, South Korea, China, Italy and Germany. The park has 80 percent of rentable areas occupied. Notably, it is also rated one of the five most beautiful industrial parks in Vietnam.

The existing Phu Bai Industrial Park is near National Road 1A, Phu Bai International Airport, Thong Nhat (North-South) Railway Station and other traffic arteries.

By increasing benefits for tenants and Thua Thien Hue province, Phu Bai Industrial Park is looking to become a general environment-friendly and sustainably developed industrial zone. Production factories and enterprises will be categorised into groups and allocated into specific concentration zones to mitigate adverse impacts on the environment. Notably, the company’s project combines the development of industry with trade and services.
Like many other provinces and cities, companies in Thua Thien Hue province lack a destination for collective branding. Speaking to us about a commercial service centre that costs VND1,117 billion, Mr Nguyen Van Quy said: “I want to build this service centre to gather companies to join forces in advertising products and trademarks and promote tourism development.”
Adding value for customers is the key to success of Trung Quy Investment Joint Stock Company, he concluded.
