PROTON Launches CARES in Partnership with Oracle’s Siebel CRM

PROTON Holdings Berhad recently launched CARES (Customer Advocacy Relationship Enhancement System), an end-to-end customer relationship management system (CRM) in partnership with Oracle Malaysia.

CARES is built on Oracle’s Siebel CRM solution which was successfully delivered on-schedule by Oracle Consulting Services (OCS). PROTON purchased the Oracle solutions in November 2010 and the project went live in August 2011.

This launch marked the completion of Phase 1 which is essential to PROTON’s key business units in realizing the delivery of a consistent and superior customer experience.
