FIS Opens Third Service Centre

FPT Information System Company (FIS) has recently opened a service centre in Central Vietnam at 178 Tran Phu Street, Da Nang. It is the third of its kind after the centres in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. FIS plans two more centres in Nghe An and Can Tho in 2005, a total 15 centres in 2008 and 20 centres in 2008 nationwide. FIS will provide customers a better service through its website. The company aims to maintain its lead role in the domestic market and become a leading company in the region.

With 10 years of experience, FIS service centres provide technical assistance, installation and the maintenance of equipment, including networks, host servers, data banks, ERP solutions, safety systems, ATMs, software, GIS and POS.

FIS is currently the only company in Vietnam providing maintenance services with a large number of skilled experts. It applies the service standards of world leading companies, such as IBM, HP, NCR, and especially the Gold Partner of Cisco with a 24-7 call centre.
