Amdocs Provides English-Language Lessons for Employees at Vietnamese Service Providers for Second Year
Amdocs, the leading provider of customer experience systems, recently announced the opening session of the English-language program for employees of Vietnamese service providers which is to be run for the second consecutive year.
Building upon the success of last year’s program, the lessons will focus on business English and will aim to improve the students’ oral and presentation skills. Course content will include an overview of social etiquette for different cultures, as well as business challenges facing service providers such as monetizing data services and improving the customer experience. Discussion of these business challenges is intended to help participants make a contribution to the growth and success of their organizations.
This year’s lessons will once again be provided by Amdocs’ education partner, the British Council in Hanoi. The National Institute of Information and Communications Strategy (NIICS) will handle the administration and registration requirements for the two classes of students. Candidate students may sign up for the course with the NIICS, who will assess them for their suitability. Those who meet the requirements will be accepted into the program on a first-come, first-served basis. At the end of the course, the top two students from each class will receive a prize. Last year the top two students went on a sponsored trip to the Amdocs India Delivery and Research & Development center.
