Tertiary Education Agreement with Quebec Approved
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung recently approved the content of an agreement on tertiary education cooperation between the government of Vietnam and the government of Quebec State of Canada.
The Prime Minister has authorized the Ministry of Education and Training to sign the agreement and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to complete formalities in accordance with relevant international laws.
In spite of geographical distance, Vietnam and Quebec still share various similarities. As members of the Community of French-speaking countries, they have great potential for cooperation and mutual support.
Vietnam and Quebec have for years implemented cooperation programs in scientific and biological studies.
