Transfer Pricing Control Programme 2012-2015 Approved

The Ministry of Finance (MoF) issued the Decision No. 1250/QD-BTC to approve the action programme on transfer pricing control in the period from 2012 to 2015.

 

This programme aims to build and implement solutions to enhance quality and efficiency of tax administration concerning transfer pricing, prevent businesses from forming connectivity to transfer value, service, intellectual property rights, trade secret, etc. to reduce tax obligations, enhance law compliance of taxpayers, and create a fair business environment for all enterprises.

 

The contents and enforcement roadmap will be worked out by the corporation in collaboration with relevant authorities.
