Vietnam Post, DHL Launch New Int’l Express Service

Vietnam Post, in partnership with DHL Express, on July 4, announced the launch of a new international express service in Vietnam. The new service, VNQuickpost, reaches out to the untapped mid customer segment through providing more economical, reliable and speedy international express options to customers of Vietnam Post.

 

Vietnam Post and DHL began their joint venture partnership in 2007, and the launch of the new service is part of both company’s ongoing effort to bring greater convenience to the local market and to improve the overall service level in the logistics industry. VNQuickpost will first be rolled out in the post offices in the city centres of Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Da Nang and Quang Nam. Customers using VNQuickpost will be able to enjoy the ease of shipping internationally, to over 220 countries and territories by simply registering their documents and packages at the post offices. The shorter transit time, the availability of the 24/7 customer hotline as well as track and trace gives customers the ability to track their shipments during transit.
