German Vice Chancellor Awarded Honorary Doctorate
The National University of Economics in Hanoi recently awarded an honorary doctorate to Philipp Roesler, German Vice Chancellor and Minister of Economics and Technology.
The university has actively contributed to promoting relations with German agencies and universities over the past years. Philipp Rosler has made important contributions to this development.
The award was in recognition of the contributions by Philipp Roesler to the economic, cultural, educational, scientific and technological cooperation between Vietnam and Germany, thus helping to enhance the friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
