ANZ Offers Rate Support, Gifts to Home Loan Borrowers

ANZ Vietnam has announced to launch a four-month promotion programme for customers borrowing money to buy houses starting from October 1, 2012.

 

The lender will apply interest rate of 3 per cent per annum in the first three months for all new borrowing applications during the promotion period. Customers will enjoy interest rate of as low as 8.9 per cent per annum on home loan/home mortgage. In addition to interest rate support, ANZ also presents attractive gifts to customers.

 

Lending services for building, repairing and mortgaging homes apply interest rate on reducing loan balance with tenor of up to 20 years and value equalling 70 per cent of property value. Besides, flexible interest rates period of one, three and six months and attractive redraw feature are offered to help customers manage interest rate risk.
