Although the Vietnamese real estate market has been experiencing a tough time with more bad news than good, Dream City has still made new progress thanks to maximum support of local authorities and efforts of Viet Han Company.
Appearance of Dream City
Situated on a total area of 2,069 ha in Tam Nong district, which is known for sacred land and gorgeous scenery in Phu Tho province, Dream City is known to be a complex of model items, including townships (189.79 ha), racecourse (231.04 ha), sports complex (65.71 ha), Safari semi-wild animal park (232.53 ha), five-star hotels and entertainment centre (116.77 ha), the Disneyland Park (153.58 hectares) and a 36-hole golf course.
Dream City has an advantageous position. There are four ways to reach Dream City from Hanoi, namely Thang Long Highway - Ho Chi Minh road with a distance of 68 km; West Lake - Ba Vi - Xuan Mai - National Road 32 route with a distance of 67 km; National Road 32 with a length of 67 km, and Noi Bai - Lao Cai Highway (to be completed in 2013). Besides, Dream City is 12 km from Viet Tri City to the west and is adjacent to roads to Hung Temple, Xuan Son National Park, and the Red River. Dream City is directly connected to National Road 32A, National Road 32C, Ho Chi Minh Road, and provincial and district roads. Dream City is also well-connected with other projects in the province to form the largest ecotourism cluster in the province: Tam Nong - Thanh Thuy - Thanh Son - Song Thao - Yen Lap.
With its prime location, convenient transportation, charming scenery and well-furnished amenities, Dream City is expected to bring a new face to Phu Tho and to meet modern, creative and dynamic life.
Changing
Ahead of the New Year 2013, to enhance the feasibility and effectiveness of the project, Viet Han Company did not choose to start a series of items at the same time but it picked up the golf course first. The company is striving to accelerate the progress of the project and doing item by item. The 36-hole Dream Course will be the first to be built and put into operation.
Dream Golf Course, covering 171.65 ha, is bordered by Phuong Thinh commune in the north, Te Le commune in the west, Quang Huc and Tho Van communes in the south, and Tho Van commune in the east. Functional items include a 36-hole golf course, a golf clubhouse, service centre, outdoor entertainment area, and luxury villas.
The 36-hole golf course is divided into two playground sections, an 18-hole hilly section and an 18-hole laky section, designed in accordance with natural landscape and terrain. The investor plans to build a 36-hole golf of international standard featuring 3,175 yards of golf (according to international golf course standards) and base on natural terrain to design golf lines. The detailed design is made from its overall plan to make advantage of terrain characteristics to create a relaxing and challenging atmosphere for golfers.
The layout of the club house, service area, outdoor entertainment area and luxury villas aims to best serve people in Phu Tho province, golfers and tourists.
Dream Golf Course and process of making the dream come true
With its effort and determination and the support of Phu Tho authorities, Viet Han has been licensed to work out the Dream City golf course. As expected, once site clearance and necessary legal procedures are completed, the construction on golf course will be teed off in the first quarter of 2013 and completed in 24 months.
Together with Viet Han Company, consultants, builders, and professional managers will work together to gradually make the dream of Dream City come true and meet the expectations of Phu Tho leaders.
