VietGAP-certified Products to Carry Green Label

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development said it would apply VietGAP manufacturing process on a broader scale in fruit cultivation. By 2020, at least 20 per cent of fruits will be certified for safety before reaching the market.
 
VietGAP green label is understood as a product fitting both Vietnamese and international standards. To date, 12 vegetable and fruit production and distribution chain models have been certified with the VietGAP green label in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Thanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Bac Giang and Tien Giang. 11 pig and chicken raising models have also been certified with the VietGAP green label.
