Second Int’l Conference on Management and Restoration of Environmental Pollution

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment recently hosted the Second International Conference on Management and Restoration of Environmental Pollution in Hanoi. It attracted the participation of 200 policymakers and scientists from 40 countries and territories around the world.

 

The meeting brought together environmental scientists and policymakers around the world to exchange and learn experience in environmental research and management. The delegates discussed 11 topics related to the management and restoration of environmental quality of soil, water, air, etc in different countries. They also shared innovations, researches on environmental management and restoration, thereby helping developing countries like Vietnam with scientific advances in environment.

 

 According to environmental experts, environmental pollution is worsening, especially in Southeast Asian countries. Therefore, it is necessary to have a global education programme with appropriate solutions to effective environmental and resources management.
