The Ministries of Trade, Finance, and Industry were asked to improve business mechanisms in major commodities and localities were asked to recover the poultry raising industry and avoid sharp increases in rice prices. A well-balanced plan for demand and supply of main commodities in 2005 should be presented to the government in October.
