Mekong Delta Draws Capital for Nearly 140 Projects

In the framework of MDEC 2013, the Mekong Delta Investment Promotion - Social Security Conference is scheduled to take place on November 21, 2013 in Vinh Long province. The event is co-organised by the Steering Committee for Southwest Region and the Ministry of Planning and Investment in coordination with relevant ministries and local organs.

 

The Steering Committee for Southwest Region said, by the end of June 2013, Mekong Delta provinces had sent 137 projects calling for investment capital of US$1.2 billion and VND413 trillion (US$20 billion). These are important projects for their development.
