Visa May Be Allowed to Open Rep Office in Vietnam

The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), the country’s central bank, has proposed the Prime Minister give approval for credit card giant Visa International to set up a representative office in Vietnam.

Visa recently asked SBV for permission to establish a rep office in Ho Chi Minh City, the country’s economic hub.
