Another International Standard High Block of Flats in HCM City

Ho Chi Minh City will have one more multi-storey block of flats reaching international standards. The Phuong Nam Plaza will be developed by the Phuong Nam Company at the gate of the Phu My Hung urban area on an area of 3,735 square metres.

The 12 storey-building will have 403 comfortable flats with support facilities, including post offices, supermarkets, restaurants, foreign exchange counters, conference halls, massage lounges and kindergartens. The construction of the building is expected to be completed in December 2005.
