Vietnam, Kuwait Agree to Lift up Trade Value to US$1 Billion
Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh recently thanked the Government and people of Kuwait for their good sentiments they have reserved for Vietnam while he met with the Kuwait-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarians Group, led by Chairman Khalil Abdulla Ali.
Deputy PM, FM Minh affirmed that Vietnam always attaches importance to fostering the traditional friendship and multi-faceted cooperation with Kuwait.
The two sides agreed to enhance the exchange of delegations at all levels, promote the bilateral cooperative mechanisms, including the Inter-governmental Committee, expand cooperation in oil and gas, trade, tourism, and coordinate closely at regional and international forums.
They also agreed to convene the second meeting of the Inter-governmental Committee and strive to lift up the trade value to US$1 billion.
VGP
