The 6,100-ha Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex rests in three protected areas, namely Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, Trang An - Tam Coc - Bich Dong Scenic Landscape, and Hoa Lu Primitive Forest. Therefore, the complex is one of the most beautiful and charming Kaster tower landscapes in the world.
The complex impresses visitors with attractive, spectacular, romantic and charming natural scenery. Sitting on the boat on the river, you can see schools of fish swimming in the world and moss layers beneath the clear water. Limestone mountains with special structure formulate a wonderful natural picture for Trang An. You will have the chance to discover caves attached to legendaries. Tran Thi Dung, a guide at the site, said Toi cave (Dark cave) is 320 million metres long, Sang cave (Light cave) is 100 metres long, and Nau Ruou (wine brewing) cave is 250 metres long. According to legends, this place has an underground water current at a depth of 10 metres which is used to brew wine for kings. A lot of jars are now seen in this place. You can also drop in on Tran Temple, which worships Thanh Quy Minh Dai Vuong and Phu Khong, which worships loyal officials of the Dinh Dynasty.

To create a friendly, clean and beautiful environment, all workers in Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex are well-trained of environmental protection. A team of garbage collectors cleanse the million every day. Mr Pham Van Quang, a garbage collector, said a group of workers collect rubbish from early morning to keep the environment clean and green. Tourists are usually reminded of dropping litter in right places.
