Building Five Major Fishing Centres with Fishing Grounds

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development said the ministry will arrange investment capital to build five major fishing centres with fishing grounds from 2015 to 2020. The five centres include Hai Phong, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa and Kien Giang. The ministry will start with Khanh Hoa fishing centre in 2015.

 

This programme aims to build modern fishing ports and modernise fishing logistics services, integrate stages in fishing value chains, attract investment capital and boost fishery economy in the coming years.
