Business Opinions on Draft Decree on Enforcement of Law on Enterprises

To effectively implement the Law on Enterprises and the Law on Investment, effective on July 1, 2015, the Ministry of Planning and Investment is drafting instructive documents, including a draft decree detailed instructions to the enforcement of the Law on Enterprises (focusing on cross-ownership, seal, social enterprises, etc.) and conducting a review of the legislation system to propose amendments, supplements or removal of business conditions.

 

To have a transparent and favourable business environment, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in coordination with the Ministry of Planning and Investment, will hold a workshop on business opinions to draft a decree on detailed instructions to the enforcement of the Law on Enterprises and the regulatory perfection of business investment conditions” in Hanoi on May 13, 2015.
