Vietnam - Korea Economic Forum

To further boost bilateral relations and enhance cooperation opportunities in the context that Vietnam is actively participating in bilateral and regional free trade agreements, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry will organise the Vietnam - Korea Economic Forum and Vietnam - Korea Friendship Golf Tournament on November 13 and 14, 2015.

 

Vietnam - Korea Economic Forum 2015 is expected to draw the participation of some 400 delegates from South Korea and Vietnam representing government agencies, economic experts, businessmen and media agencies from the two countries. The forum will assess current realities, and propose measures to enhance investment and trade relations between Vietnam and South Korea. In panel sessions, the forum will focus the discussion on three key areas: Cooperation in infrastructure and energy, bilateral cooperation in supporting industries, and cooperation in agriculture. In addition, the forum will be a place for attendants to meet and exchange investment and business opportunities. In particular, the event also will provide an opportunity for businesses of the two countries to have direct dialogues with government representatives, ministerial leaders and local authorities.
