Nineteen newly appointed Vietnamese ambassadors gathered with the directorate of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI)
At the meeting, the branch director Nguyen Huu Hai introduced the ambassadors to the organisation and activities of VCCI Ho Chi Minh City branch, the city’s economic plight as well as enterprises’ expectations for support from diplomats such as information about partners, consumption trends, distribution networks, legal environment and opponents in destined countries.
The Ambassadors said that domestic enterprises, through VCCI Ho Chi Minh City branch, should soon provide them with an agenda for promotion activities like fairs and exhibitions and the organisation of trade promotion missions abroad so that they could provide timely assistance.
