Business Delegation to Promote Trade in Nordic Markets

In the framework of the FLC14-04 Project - a business support programme for Vietnam aimed to boost agricultural and seafood exports to Finnish and Nordic markets funded by the Finnish Government - and the Vietnam Business Support Project aimed to promote internal forces and diversify input supply sources and export markets to enhance the national competitiveness, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in association with the Embassy of Finland and trade and investment promotion agencies in three Nordic countries will organise a business delegation to boost exports in Nordic markets from June 8 to 16, 2016.

 

To boost support for the Vietnamese business community to diversify markets and seek business and investment cooperation opportunities when free trade agreements with other partners, including the European Union (EU), are signed, the delegation will seek to expand Vietnam’s direct exports to distribution systems in Nordic markets, meet promotion agencies and potential and prestigious companies/importers/distributors in three Nordic countries to find export partners; advertise Vietnamese products; and update information about the business and investment environment in three countries. In addition, the delegation will introduce support programmes for Vietnamese companies to find partners through the Finnpartnership business partnership programme.
