Domestic Revenue Grosses VND486,826 Bln in Seven Months
The State Budget collected VND90 trillion in July, or 11.1 per cent of the full-year estimated value and VND486,826 billion in the first seven months of 2016, equal to 60.1 per cent of the estimation and up 5.2 per cent year on year.
Of the sum, incomes from crude oil were estimated at VND23,928 billion, equal to 43.9 per cent of the estimate and down 43.6 per cent from a year ago. Domestic revenue was projected at VND462,898 billion, equal to 61.3 per cent of the estimate and up 10.1 per cent from a year ago period. Domestic revenue exclusive of land, incomes from dividend and retained profits reached VND386,996 billion, equal to 59.5 per cent of the estimate and up 10 per cent over the same period of 2015. Among 16 tax items assigned to the tax sector, growth was seen in 12 items. 56 out of 63 provincial/municipal tax departments reported a year-ago growth but only 46 departments completed over 58 per cent of estimates.
