Australia Provides AUD5.5Mln to Vietnam's Agricultural Research
The government of Australia has decided to finance AUD5.5 million to 12 agricultural research projects in the framework of co-operation for agriculture and rural development (CARD). The projects include research on improvement of vegetable and fruit, irrigation and post harvest technology.
CARD will be implemented for six years with AUD19.5 billion financed by Australia. It also aims at improving the management capacity of Vietnam in other research programmes.
