The Vietnamese Government has approved a forestry development project with a grant of EUR3 million from the European Commission (EC), said the Government Office on May 12.
The government also assigned the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to sign the funding agreement with the EC.

During the time, rangers across the country punished 1,993 people. Total fines of VND9.3 billion ($592,356) were collected to the State Budget.
