At present, Hoang Quan has been involved in the investment in, and the building and development of, new urban areas, including the Phuong Nam high rise building and the complex of palaces in District 7, the Saigon Riverside palace complex, the trade street in District 8, the Tam Binh-Thu Duc main market residential area, the Binh Trung Dong residential area in District 2 and a new urban area in District 9, the Agrimex and Phu An trade streets and the Hoang Quan Plaza, which has an area of 3.7 hectares within in the Southern Saigon urban area. This is the largest residential area Hoang Quan has invested in. The complex consists of nine blocks, including two blocks with 15 storeys and seven blocks with 18 storeys each. This is a complex with apartments, offices, trade centres and entertainment facilities.
Another field in which Hoang Quan has focused investment is the development of industrial parks to form, support and promote the development of the economy, thus helping improve the regional standard of living. The first project is the Binh Minh industrial park in Vinh Long province with a total area of 162 hectares, including 132 hectares for industrial production and the remainder used to develop an urban area. The industrial park is suitable for animal feed production, vegetable and fruit processing, machine and equipment manufacturing, construction material, textile and garment, footwear making. Apart from business activities, the corporation has given special attention to social activities. Between 2002 and 2005, the corporation has spent over VND 3 billion donating the Study Encourage Fund, the Fund for the Poor, victims of Agent Orange, building houses in a show of gratitude, providing scholarships for students, supporting vocational training for farmers in Binh Minh district, Vinh Long province.
