The Ho Chi Minh City-based Amara Hotel seemed busier than usual in late July receiving young couples, who wanted to watch fashion shows and learn about new services for the most important event of their life, their wedding, at an exhibition organised by the Amara Hotel.
This is the second time the Amara Hotel has organised such an event, from July 29 to 31. It attracted a crowd of young couples, who wanted to get advice about preparations for their wedding. R Marran, general director of the Amara Hotel, said that the exhibition aimed at providing all the necessary information about wedding services for young couples. Attendants enjoyed the charm and beauty of wedding clothes designed in Milan. During the exhibition, wedding flower arrangement was shown and honeymoon tours of the Tan Dai Dia Company and wedding invitation of the Y Tuong Design and Printing Company were introduced to visitors. Also, experts from Paris Beaute provided consulting services for visitors.
Visitors to the exhibition had opportunities to win lucky prizes including coupons for the Amara Hotel’s four-star restaurant, and free massage and room tickets. In particular, during the exhibition, a promotional campaign of Milan wedding fashion was launched. Visitors also enjoyed discount beauty care services, and many valuable gifts of enterprises attending the exhibition.
The organisation of the exhibition was initiated by R Marran, general director of the Saigon Amara Hotel. After the success of the first exhibition in 2004, the Saigon Amara Hotel is confident to organise the exhibition as an annual event.
With the ‘Forever Happy’ theme, the organisers said they wanted to give a good beginning for young couples.
The Saigon Amara Hotel, apart from improving its services, often organises social activities. In the first months of 2005, the hotel sponsored some activities, including the seventh Asian Futsal Championship with the participation of 24 teams from 24 countries and territories, a bowling contest to support tsunami victims and the ‘Festival of Secretaries.’ Another important event is that the hotel received a film making group led by chef Tommy Tang to shoot films about food of three regions in Vietnam.
More importantly, the Saigon Amara Hotel has always targeted its customers as its top priority in its business.
