Several new apartment projects have recently been established in Ho Chi Minh City. This has partially warmed up the city apartment project, which in turn affects the consumption strength of Cantavil.
The main reason for this is that customers are always looking for the best price, making comparisons and then selecting the best and most beautiful apartment that suits their financial status. Also, because of this, as soon as the newest apartment projects are established, customers promptly go to have a look and size up their suitability.
After the initial customer research, two months ago, most customers continued with their decision and chose Cantavil as their future home. The most common statement from customers is that Cantavil really satisfied their demands in terms of design and interior decoration.
However, the point that makes Cantavil investors most satisfied is that its brand name and prestige have both been affirmed in the real estate market. Remarkably, customers feel very secure and are happy with the construction speed of Cantavil apartments, which are located in, An Phu, district 2, because construction of all 3 blocks of apartments were undertaken together, and have already reached the level of the eighth floor. Machinery and equipment for the central gas system were imported from Japan to the project site, which was then installed by Japanese contractors under international standards, and has already been approved by the Department of Fire Police.
Furthermore, Cantavil is always interested in customer’s demand. To this end at the moment, customer can sign a booking agreement for Type A Apartments with an area of 150sqm - “a hottest type” in Cantavil that customers wished to buy but have been sold out in reality.
To meet such demand, Cantavil is trying to adjust its design by way of joining 2 E type apartments (75sqm) into 1 A type apartment (150sqm), although it will take Cantavil more time, more energy and more money to complete this revision. Because of this, Cantavil is not only adjusting the whole design, but also adjusting the construction work which is now in progress along with the work scheduled to be completed at the end of 2006.
Also, based on the customer service point of view, Cantavil intends to build more underground car-parks, therefore, Cantavil is now promoting this work by submitting an application to competent Vietnamese authorities for approval.
