ASEAN Handicrafts and Craft Villages Fair 2005

ASEAN handicrafts and craft villages fair 2005 will be organised on December 2-6, 2005 by Saigon Giai Phong newspaper and Vinexad in Tao Dan Cultural Park, Ho Chi Minh City.

 

The fair will have some 1,000 pavilions, cultural activities and demonstrations of craft skill. 10 craft villages from Vinh Long, 25 from Dong Thap and 80 from An Giang will participate with their handicraft products and fruit. Nghe An will display wood and stone based products. Hanoi will participate with Bat Trang ceramics, porcelain, silk, and jewels. In particular, Ha Tay with over 1,450 craft villages will make an important contribution.

 

In addition to ASEAN countries, the fair will also attract craft villages from China and the Republic of Korea.
