Vietcombank American Express Classic 2005 Golf Tournament

Vietcombank and American Express have organised a golf tournament for their clients at Chi Linh Star Golf Course, Hai Duong, on October 22-23, 2005. Over 140 Vietnamese and foreign golfers participated in Division A (handicap 0-19), Division B (handicap 20-28) and Division C Callaway (handicap 29 upward). Vietnam National Golf Team participated for the first time as part of the training for SEA Games 23.

 

The champions were male golfer Tran Le Duy Nhat and female golfer Pham Thi Nhung. In Division A, the champion was Kim Pan Soo, first prize was Tran Huu Quang, second prize Luu Van Noi. In Division B, the champion was Dang Xuan Khang, first prize by Vu Anh Tu, second prize Tran Thanh Huan. In Division C, the champion was Truong Van Nghia, first prize was Nguyen Huu Thanh and second prize Joey Lin.
