Germany Raises Donations to Damrey Victims to EUR 246,000
Germany will continue sponsoring an additional EUR164,000 million to Vietnamese people who suffered damages when typhoon Damrey hit the country in late September.
This money will be spent on healthcare, nutrition, clean water supply and medical infrastructure construction. UNICEF will responsible for delivering this donation to Vietnam.
Previously, Germany also donated EUR82,000 to Vietnamese people. The German Red Cross was responsible for providing food for these flood victims.
