VIB Bank-CTL Co-operation

Vietnam International Bank (VIB Bank) and Card Tech Limited (CTL) of UK have recently signed an agreement on financial online system and card management called Prime. It’s a solution suitable to all financial organisations including management of card issuing, payment, expense approval, confidentiality. The solution will help VIB Bank provide new products and services meeting the demand of a diverse group of clients.

 

The solution by CTL has been recognised by international organisations such as American Express, Diner, JCB, MasterCard and Visa. Mr Le Dinh Long, VIB Bank Director General, said that the bank has decided to invest over US$1 million to the project. This is the second project in 2005 after Core-Banking project implemented in April 2005. It will make VIB Bank an official member of the international organisations such as Visa, MasterCard International, and JCB, connecting online in Vietnam and the region. It will create products and services of high quality payment bringing interest and added value to the clients.

 

Mr Alvin Huang, Asia-Pacific Business Manager, CTL believes that VIB Bank will attain its goal and CTL will support VIB Bank on both technical and business aspects.
